Stainless steel U tubes are traditionally employed in operations involving high temperatures and pressure. These are used to prevent welding connections from bending or pivoting. In contrast to straight tubes, U-shaped tubes enable the end user more flexibility to craft a more efficient structure. Since it is widely used in heat exchanger applications, the stainless steel U tube is ideal for applications involving heat and high-pressure levels.

Tubes are hydro-tested & tension is eased after "U" bending. The best part is subjected to dye penetrant testing to find cracks, defects, or any other form of fault. To avoid any damages during transit, special packaging is offered.
