Established in the name of “Reliable marketing and Finance Private Limited” with an aim to become one of the market leaders in the country to manufacture and supply of Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes, Tubes and U-tubes.

Commercial production of above products commenced on a small scale basis Listed with Bombay Stock Exchange Limited [BSE].

Company’s name changed to ‘SURAJ STAINLESS LIMITED’.

Quality Management System accredited to ISO-9001:2000 from BVQI.

Added additional production and Testing facilities / equipment to increase production capacities and carry out additional tests to bring the products as one of the World Class one.

Obtained – Certificate of Recognition as an “Export House”.

Established separate manufacturing units

• In year 2007 we have separated our all of product like welded pipes/tubes, Seamless pipes/seamless tubes.
• We have made huge investment for making our own mother hollows With “HOT PIERCING MACHINE”.
• With this facility we are making our OWN MOTHER HOLLOWS.

Commenced also production of Ferritic, Martensitic, Duplex & Super Duplex Seamless and Welded Pipes, Tubes – SA-789, SA-790, / UNS 31803, UNS 32205, UNS31260, UNS31500, UNS32550, USA32750 UNS32750 / 32760 etc.

• Safety, Health & Environment [SHE] Policy implemented.
• Up-gradation of ISO 9001:2000 Certificate to ISO 9001 : 2008 by BVQI.
• Obtained ISO 14001 : 2004 Certificate from BVQI
• Obtained BS OHSAS 18001 : 2007 from BVQI.

• Approval from Class N.K Japan for Manufacturing of Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes
• Approval of Duplex grade up to thickness 6.00mm as per Norsok M-650 Ed -5 & MDS D48 Rev 4 & ASTM A 789 Specification by DNV

• Bright annealing furnace installed for instrumentation.
• ‘U’ bend machine for smaller radius installed.

• EIL approval received in special grade Duplex & Super duplex and also in TP 321, TP 347 in piping sizes.
• EIL approval received in grade TP347, TP 410, TP405 in tubing sizes.
• ISO 9001- 2008 certificate & PED ,AD 2000 Merkblatt W0 revised with addition of new products Buttweld fittings.

• Develop a new Fitting Plant in the same premises with full scale of manufacturing including Tee, Elbow, Reducers, Caps & Stub Ends.
• Successfully executed one of the prestige order for SAUDI ARAMCO.

• Develop a new Electro Polishing Plant in the same premises for Stainless Steel Seamless tubes.

• Having approval of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore, France.
• Successfully executed Fittings job in Grade 317L for REPSOL, SPAIN.

• Received Certificate of Lloyd’s Register Group, United Kingdom, size up to 323.90 Maximum Diameter in Grade 304L & 316L.
