Quality Policy

All products of Suraj Limited have to meet a very high standard, set by stringent quality specifications and norms. All process parameters and conditions are developed and constantly monitored throughout the entire manufacturing process. A quality system to ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015, ISO 45001 : 2018, AD 2000 – Merkblatt / W0 , and PED – 2014 / 68 / EU as outlined in this manual has been developed and implemented to ensure that all the customer requirements is satisfied. The quality system is applicable to all departments and all activities undertaken by the company for manufacturing of Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes Tubes, ‘U’ Tubes, Fittings and Polished tubes.

The quality policy of Suraj Limited is very simple to perform work of the highest attainable quality in accordance with applicable codes / standards / specification and customer’s specifications. Our products are subjected to various quality testing such as Eddy Current test, Hydrostatic test, Ultra sonic test, Hardness test, Air underwater test, Dimensional test, Visual test, Boroscope Test etc

Quality Control measures include chemical analysis, measurement of mechanical and metallurgical properties and close dimensional tolerances as per applicable codes / standards / specification.
